NIFC Workforce

The NIFC comprises over 200 multinational military and civilian intelligence and support professionals from 28 of 31 NATO nations and two North Atlantic Council-approved non-NATO nations. 

NIFC personnel average 19 years of military service and/or civilian intelligence experience, with over a third holding advanced degrees. The NIFC workforce comprises personnel speaking 36 languages.
